Leanna Gonzalez5I just refinanced my car with Tanya Case and had THE BEST experience with her. I don't have anything negative to say at all. This was the best experience with any car loan hands down. Any loan ever! My husband and I were thinking about buying new car but prices were just a bit too high for us right now and since we were members with OneAZ, I had been keeping an eye on the auto loan rates. Tanya reached out and asked out refinancing our car. I hadn't even thought about but I provided all my info over the phone asked about the process because I was absolutely oblivious. She broke everything down and gave me an approximation of what the numbers could look like based on what I knew my credit looked like. Once we decided to go for it, she ran everything and provided the paperwork. Everything was done through e-Doc except for signing a POW which we went to the bank and worked with Garrett who I also recommend working with. Tanya made this the easiest loan I've ever done. She basically held my hand the entire time and explained everything to me in a way that left me with no questions. If I ever need a loan - It will be through her. If she can't do that loan - You'll have to train her and make it happen because I refuse to use anyone but her in the future!! :D

Tanner Cassens5Ashley was such a great help. I was having trouble with B Of A and I called OneAz and was connected with her. She was very nice and made it a simple and easy process. The loan was ready to go the next day and I was able to get my new car. Thanks Ashley!

Carlos Ramirez1Worst credit union in Tucson. I submitted a home equity line of credit application and they didn't get back to me an entire 7 days yet they pulled my credit right away. They rejected based on the fact that my home was purchased within the last 12 months and they do home equity line of credit loans based on purchase price if it's been less than 12 months. On a market that has seen considerable appreciation you would expect them to base their decision on an appraisal like most credit unions but for some reason they assumed I would guess their unique criteria. Their website is misleading and doesn't property disclose their underwriting criteria. I feel wronged not because I was denied since based on their criteria it's a clear denial. But I feel like they purposefully mislead potential borrowers into applying for loans. Just be careful before applying online. Give them a call to find out any hidden underwriting criteria. Don't hurt your credit for no reason. They are also horrible at following back up. I received no email or voicemail for the denial notice. The only reason I found out I was denied was because I followed up 7 days later.

Leslie Palacios2What happened to the old manager?! Patrick took 10 minutes to do a simple transaction. Was surprised to learn he was actually the manager. Had to start over multiple times and just handed me my money. Didnt apologize for the wait. Very poor customer service. Me and my partner have been banking here for awhile and I'm used to the staff being more friendly and helpful.

Onias Rana5I've been with OneAZ for 3 months now, for the past 3 months I've had great experience. I don't call much but when I do, I'm treated with respect and the representative are sincere, polite and very helpful. I love the the app, the main reason I don't call much, the app has everything that I need to monitor and make changes to my account. The app is very user friendly. I've also recommended OneAZ to family and friends.

Jonathon Cowley5I had the opportunity to work with Dandra for a new auto loan! Very smooth process and very easy. I’be had an auto loan through OneAZ before, but it was great working with them directly. I suggest getting your loan through the credit union rather than the dealership. Much better process for loan docs and you don’t have the high pressure sales tactics that the dealership tries to throw in.
