  Decided I wanted to get rid of some jewelry from an ex, I stopped in at One Stop Pawn Shop and was greeted extremely professionally!! Greg was awesome helped me with all my questions while also showing me how he tests the jewelry! I was very satisfied with their service and with how nice they were. It’s hard these days to find a place to sell your belongings with out the people working there being rude! Highly recommend this place! I also got a pair of gorgeous earrings for an extremely reasonable price! Check them out!

  I love this place. They're very fair and professional in their dealings. They always take good care of me and I appreciate their excellent service. They offer top dollar for pawned items and products for sale are always reasonably priced. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

  Love this place. Love these guys. They're honest and keep their word. I appreciate they remained open throughout the pandemic, safely I might add. People forget that services like theirs helped a lot of people, including myself, put some desperately needed money in their pockets throughout this big mess. I own one piece of gold anything. And it's my late mothers' ring. I pawned it when I lost my job as a wedding videographer when the pandemic began and all this started with uncertainty. They gave me a fair price to hold it. And when I went back on the due date (still on harder times) they allowed me to extend it for another 120 days for 7 bucks. They have a lot of beautiful jewelry, too. And the main fella that works there took time in conversation with me to educate me on just how much big jewelry places upcharge their merchandise. If you're interested in some jewelry, do yourself a favor and check them out. They have beautiful pieces, the same ones they sell at major retailers, for a fraction of the price, what they're actually worth, and they don't nickle and dime. They also work with people and are super kind, friendly, and sympathetic to everyone's situation. Good honest business. I know where to go if I ever come across hard times. It's them!

  Love doing business here! My daughter turned me on to it since it's close to home and I was skeptical at first but I'm glad she did. Not only are the guys there down to earth but they have great prices and are always willing to work with you. This is one of the best pawn shops I've ever been to.

  Stopped by to sell some older jewelry and ended up buying some as well! They had great deals and even cleaned up the ring I wanted right in front of me! The staff is funny and great to be around. I highly recommend checking out their jewelry. Thanks guys!

  These guys are the best ! Very fair and understanding. They're 45 mins from my house and I pass a handful of pawn shops because these guys will work with you and show the upmost integrity and trust. Alex and Greg are the two who have helped me the most in any problem or conflicts that have come up with something that's priceless to me, and they'll do anything they can to help. Will always go to them!

  This pawnshop is probably the best in both bensalem and Philadelphia. Jay the owner is more than fair with his prices. Remember your stuff isn’t going to sell the next day so he has to hold onto it maybe 30 or 60 maybe even 90 days before he can sell it. But they’re great guys and are honest

  I was also a little hesitant to go here after reading the poor reviews but I went. I waited a long time before being acknowledged (about 20 minutes). Poor customer service. The person ahead of me was not happy from what I was hearing. I left before being treated the same way. Based on reading the reviews here, my guess is the positive reviews are fake and they'll probably respond to this post claiming I was never there. - Updated review: You have a lot of nerve replying to my review after 9 months claiming I wasn't there. I'd forgotten I even left this review until you reminded me of my awful experience in your take-advantage-of-people business. This is BS. I also see that the other poor reviews you have you also say they weren't there either. This is just a poor excuse. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

  I'm sorry that you had a bad experience. However, i wonder if we are the actual place that you came to. We never have a 20 min wait and the only other negative review that we received was from 4 years ago. We value customer service above all else so I have a hard time understanding why you would assume that our positive reviews were "fake." Also, you didn't even attempt to do business with the store that you were in. You judged them off of a customer before you that you knew nothing about.

  First time I went to One Stop Pawn shop. I just needed alittle cash asap, and only had a small piece of gold that didn't weigh much at all but Greg, who works there. Out of the kindness of his heart. Gave me what I asked for because I was stuck in a situation. If I ever need help again I would definitely turn to the shop again. Thanks Guys. 💝
