  The new location is updated and looks nice. Very clean location and environment! With a smile, Kelly, and Lanette were extremely helpful & accommodating! Would recommend…Exceptional bank with great rates all around the board! (However, the trumark app is god awful. Which I’m being told it’ll be updated in June! Thank god!)

  Great and reliable bank. New location is a huge upgrade. Banking is simple and fluid. ATM could be in a better place however it’s manageable even in a low car. As for service, employees keep the place clean and are very friendly. Very happy to be a member.

  When trumark was at their old location over in Bensalem off rock-hill drive they had 2- drive through lanes,and one lane for atm. The new location at Bensalem on street road is a complete mess!!!!! If im going to the atm and there’s cars in line to deposit or another reason.im stuck in the line for sometimes 25 min to take money out….. such an inconvenience for anyone …. Very poor design of a custom building made for a bank..

  Absolute worst drive thru for the ATM. Is this the only bank in the area that has one lane for both banking and ATM? They do not even have an ATM machine inside.

  This bank has worst set up.Outside atm right near window for transactions.waited half hour with 2 cars in front of us just to use atm.So there is no convenience for this bank.Whoever set this up hasno idea on keeping people moving quickly.You also have to get out of car to use the atm.

  Dont understand why first post complained so bad for THE ATM is very easily accessible from your car window and I only had to wait 5 min in a 3 car line only reason I'm not giving 5 star is the atm could be in a better place so that not everyone has to be in same line but still moved fast and very easy to reach from my low to the ground Toyota Camry...!!!
