  Kris Joseph was absolutely amazing to work with. We were first time home buyers and not the most educated on the whole process. He found us homes in our budget and locations that we were looking for. Ultimately he found us the EXACT home we wanted in the EXACT location we were looking for and lock us in. He took care of all of the grunt work and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get our FHA approved by finding is someone very inexpensive to fix some minor paint chips on the window sills to get us approved. This man is a saint and I really don't know how he does all that he does for so many people. I've recommended him to others who were also very happy with his service. I was also recommended him by my sister who was also a very satisfied client. I'll recommend him over and over again! Thank you Kris!

  Moving here from across the country we knew nothing about the area. I was meticulous is choosing an agent and Ciro and Kris were by far the most highly recommended. And now I know why! Kris was so patient and honest with us. It was like having a relative or an old friend representing us. When we purchase our investment property we are using Kris again, no question.

  Kris was fabulous to work with. Took the time to explain every step of selling the home as well as prompt to answer additional questions we had along the way. Very open and honest about the pros and cons as offers that came in. He made a stressful process a much easier one.

  One Realty is amazing! If you are looking for a company that goes above and beyond for their clients, this is where you should go. They are quick to respond to your questions, quick to get you in to see homes, and the top sellers in the area.   Kris Joseph was absolutely amazing. My husband and I started out our home search with another realtor who wasn't giving us what we wanted and unfortunately not listening to me (us). I have known Kris for many years and reached out to him venting my frustration and asking a thousand questions and without a thought he answered all of them even though he wasn't our realtor. After 1 of my many conversations I looked at my husband, made 2 phone calls... 1 to fire my existing agent and the 2nd one to hire Kris.
