  Chris Flynn has helped me buy multiple properties, he is knowledgeable, reliable, honest and patient- As first time homebuyers, we were not familiar with the market, Chris was willing to take the time to listen and understand what we wanted and guide us through the home buying process. He was quick to find and schedule showings, always working around our availability and showing up prepared. He is responsive and always follows up on email/text/calls. We felt very comfortable working with Chris and will continue working with him in the future. HIGHLY recommend him!!

  Chas Levitt is the best! He was thorough, professional, and kind. Chas worked hard to find our family the right home in a tight timeframe during an out of state move. With limited inventory available his care and responsiveness made the difference. Always keeping a level head, coming with great advice through the decision making process really helped limit stress and make the experience more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Chas to anyone buying or selling a home.

  As a first time home buyer I was completely in the dark about the process of purchasing a home. Thanks to Assist2Sell and, specifically, Chas Levitt it was painless and simple!   Marty sold our house in Oneida’s and we bought as house in Syracuse with no problems. He was courteous and very professional and the sale went on without a glitch. The commission reduction was a great savings.
