  They offered a loan in the amount of $7000 approximately. They wanted to charge a $400 fee plus $500 every week for 6 months which equals $12400 that's almost double in 6 months. I don't think I have to say anything else the numbers says it all.

  After you apply with One Park, the money comes from another lender. One park gives a good service but be sure that your lender is not McKenzie Capital. Mckenzie makes unauthorized transactions from your account. As long as they put you with a different lender than McKenzie, you'll be ok.

  These people sent a poorly written request for everything needed to steal my identity. SSN, date of birth, bank records and THEN a photo copy of my government identification. They are located in Miami and as are not listed on the US stock exchange. Biz journals wrote an endorsement article in exchange for paid advertising. THE SBA doesn't even ask all for all of that.

  They came through with a great offer considering my situation. Highly recommend them for finding funding for a new business and when other lenders would say no due to credit or length in business.

  Requested my bank username and password, when I declined they said without that information I wouldn’t be approved even though I provided them with bank statements. I’m todays age of people stealing information I really hope that no one gives someone they have never met their bank information

  I spoke with Jasmine today .. And she was so amazingly helpful and supporting .. I had some sensitive issues arise in regards to getting this loan .. I have not even been approved yet , not sure if I will be or not ,but wanted to say what a nice experience it was to talk with someone who seemed to actually care about my situation .. thank you !

  Well First off One Park Financial contacted me multiple times Daily ...to get my bank statements And fee other documents they needed should have received them I've had no contact since the number they called me at the never answer the phone very poor service all I wanted to know was it yes or no now I'm wondering what's really going on so

  One Park Financial had great customer service reps! The only issue was the misleading information about the requirements to qualify for a business loan.

In reference to your disappointment with the requirements, our base requirements are that it must be a business with 3 months in service minimum, they must make 5k in revenue monthly and reside within the US. While these are the foundation for approval, we do look at other factors once the application process has begun. We're sorry you felt mislead and hope we can work with you in the future.

  I am a truck driver and I have my own company in business from 2007 and now ask one park to get a second truck and they do not pick up when people call it looking that they are a scam and liar that why I report them to the better business and the state of Florida. U will not have my business

  Marlon is great to work with he gets it done fast and easy and tells you the truth if he can or can not help you . I highly recommend one park financial for any small business to get cash flow going to grow business .
