  I have been banking with Grove B&T since the fall of 2020. Needless to say, it was a difficult time to start a banking relationship, but my banker, Oscar Joya, and Grove B&T have made it easy, seamless, and secure. Oscar has always been incredibly responsive and easy to reach when I have a request, working with me to tailor solutions to my specific issues/challenges and getting things done incredibly quickly. His responsiveness and attention to detail meant that, when I requested a wire after 4:00 pm on a Monday, it was executed and received by the beneficiary by 9:30 am the next morning. Grove also takes security seriously, but with the staff's responsiveness, the security measures can hardly be considered an inconvenience. Simply put, I have never been more satisfied with a bank or banking relationship than I have been with Oscar Joya and Grove B&T. I really cannot recommend them highly enough.

  I have been banking with Grove Bank and Trust since maybe 2017 or 2018; it has been an excellent experience for me from the branch in Grove to Aventura; we have always found friendly and very respectful faces. When the pandemic happened, they had excellent protocols without limiting our access to our accounts and kept excellent customer service in difficult times. The communication with Christian has always been excellent and honest; I have nothing but great things to say about him and his team, who has helped and guide me with my small business and inexperience as a young entrepreneur. Thank you for all you do for the community and us.

  Grove Bank helped us make our dreams a reality. Mark Huard and Hazel Acea helped us with a loan to purchase our property. They made this process very easy. Everything was very organized and clear. They took the time to answer all my question, they were always available and there were no surprises. Everyone in Grove bank has been nice and helpful. I definitely recommend Grove bank.   I love love Grove Bank and Trust. We have a business and personal account with Grove Bank and Trust for about 20 years. I love that I have a bank associate that helps me with all my needs whether a question on my account, sending a wire, loan, etc. I get to talk to a real person that personally knows me. I don't know how people can do all their banking talking to a robot on the other line. I want to send a shout out to first of all the President of Grove Bank and Trust, Jose R. Vazquez, Jr. You can call this guy and he calls you back. Can you believe that- the President of the bank calls me back. Believe me I am not a VIP! Another shout out to these guys that always answer the phone when I call, Christian Bertot, Oscar Joya, Nikki Median, Vanessa Sanchez, and the list goes on. If you are looking for a great bank with excellent service this is your bank.

  Grove Bank and Trust goes the extra mile for their customers. That may sound like a cliche, but it’s true nevertheless. You get a real live person on the phone, and a real live person who responds thoughtfully to emails. As we all know, that is all too unusual in this day and age.   I can’t say enough about Grove Bank and Trust and my account representative Alex Jimenez. As a business owner with several accounts and dissatisfied with my prior bank I was hesitant to switch over. But Alex not only made the transition seemless now after 1 year I couldn’t be happier. They are so efficient, always there for you for every need, every issue. If he can’t solve it he finds me someone immediately that can. He’s come personally to my office to help and never says no to any request. Their branch staff is also so professional and polite. It is one of the best business and personal choices I have made.
