Bob Urie5I am working with One Bank on a new construction loan; the service continues to be outstanding. We are working with Tammy Begley; she has been wonderful to work with through this process. If I have a question about the loan Tammy never makes me feel I am asking a silly question. Tammy responds to my emails in a timely manner. Tammy “kicked it up a notch” by meeting us on the job site to take a tour of the house. If you are looking for a great bank, be sure to check out One Bank. Jaclyn Simonton1Terrible customer service. My teller, Helen, acted like it was just terrible to do my deposit. I have never had any other teller at this bank or any other bank tell me that they can’t do my deposits through the drive through, it was very organized and they run it through a counter anyway so it doesn’t take long to count also it wasn’t a huge amount of money. Then she sat there complaining to the teller next to her about the deposit. I was there for a total of 3 minutes with only one other customer in the whole parking lot. I am not one to ever leave reviews but I CANNOT stand when people just don’t want to do their job and are rude. As a bank teller and dealing with the public you can’t be rude.

Heather Walker1We were treated like thieves when me and my boyfriend brought his mother here to pick up her money at the window! The guy was extremely rude and condescending. This was by far the WORST experience we have EVER had at a bank!

effie knowles5They're the Best Ever. Their there every week day just to be nice to & help their customers. You feel like somebody's on your side. And that's how there got to be 9 different locations. My mom says.

Just_ Starscream1All branches screwed me over by charging me over $20 @ two different restaurants and they tell me nothing we can do cause you're card was physically swiped... Even though I had my debit card on my person all day for both charges.... Don't waste time going to these babies they will scam you bad!!
