  Tim was absolutely amazing. I am a first time home buyer and I added the complication of purchasing a house through Denver's affordable housing program. Tim was beyond helpful, he is incredibly knowledgeable and he never hesitated to get me an answer to any of my questions, and I had a lot. He helped to navigate me through all of the red tape and got me a house.   Tim was very helpful in managing my loan for my new house in a timely manner. In these challenging times there were many hurdles to overcome in getting information to the lender.
