  We have used Jared twice, and I highly recommend him. He's been extremely helpful both times, and I felt we were better off for using him. He can take the entire process, and break it into small manageable steps so that you feel comfortable while making informed decisions. I've used other brokers who I was not sure had my best interest in mind. Jared does, and I feel his goal is more to earn a client for life, not to make a deal today. As long as we're in Denver, he's who we'll use without a doubt.

  I have used Cherry Creek Mortgage for all of my home loans and would not use anyone else! They are on top of everything and their communication is top notch! They answer any questions you have and follow-up just to see how everything is going. I would highly recommend!!

  Jared, Nick, and the rest of the CCMC Team helped me out with my first mortgage. Jared & Nick were easily accessible and open to any question I sent their way. I felt that they were prompt, spoke plainly, and were encouraging during the process. We are very happy in our new condo! We only hit 1 snag along the way and that did not delay anything along the process. All in all it was a very, very good experience.

  This was my first home purchase. Cherry Creek Mortgage's team and Jared were absolutely phenomenal. They were right there with any information and help I required, and kept in touch with me through the entire process to keep me informed on the status of every aspect of the loan and paperwork. I don't think I could have gone with a better company. I really was well taken care of, and it helped ease my tension for doing something so major for the first time. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

  Amazing lender. The customer care and level of support was something that is very rare these days. They contacted us at every step of the way to make sure that we were alright, and to let us know every detail. They even, to our realtor's surprise, wrote a pre-approval letter for an offer on a Sunday within 15 minutes of the request. Truly amazing place. Shelley was really on top of her game, and we hit zero snags, which I feel was due in large part to this company. Jared Hamilton was also awesome, attentive and caring, he came to our closing and was really involved the whole time. We definitely will be using this company in the future and recommend it to everyone.

  We had such a great experience with the Hamilton Group at Cherry Creek mortgage. As we were first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and Nick Ross was able to explain each part of the process. Nick was available over the weekend each time we wanted to put an offer in on a home at short notice. He was quick to reply and very professional. We talked with him a lot after our seller accepted the contract before we closed and he was patient and explained the contract to us easily during the 30 day period we had to close. He was knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire process. We are so happy we chose Cherry Creek Mortgage as our first mortgage company and we would recommend them to anyone looking to have a good experience!
