  Johnny and his team were fantastic all throughout the homebuying process - very quick to respond, and helping to guide my wife and I through the process of getting approved for a loan, and in the best position to make our offer look as appealing as possible. Once our offer was accepted, Johnny and his team where able to handle everything, including changes that were made in the final days leading up to our closing due to money held in escrow (repairs the seller was going to pay for). They definitely went above and beyond getting everything completed in such a short time-frame with the accelerated closing schedule we had. I cannot recommend Johnny and his team enough!

  Johnny and the whole team at Cherry Creek Mortgage were awesome! Everyone was easy to get in touch with and throughly answered all of our questions throughout the process. The team met all of out needs in terms of calls and remote signing and were courteous if we were getting too close to a deadline. The process was convenient and seamless.
