  Omni was great, some minor dislikes. No elevator if your on second floor so make sure you travel light. Pool was packed with people, but it is a nice aquatic scenery. Also a little pricey for the place.

  People were great, service wonderful, and the grounds were fabulous. The room, 2718, was very tired. The condition of the furniture reminded me of a dorm room with all the scratches and lack of finish. The paint was pealing off the bathroom walls and previous sheet rock repairs were very evident. Mind you, the room was clean, it was just very worn. Given how beautiful the grounds looked outside, the inside of the room was a disappointment.

  Great place to stay on palm springs. Service was amazing. Best of of all my kids love the pool.

  This is my fourth multi-day stay at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas in recent years and I continue to enjoy my stays very much. The quality of the experience--from reservations, to check-in, to cleanliness and guest room accoutrements, food service options and quality, and convention facilities make me feel comfortable. Non-pretentious, very welcoming, beautiful landscaping, and lots of places to walk, sit, think, and talk with colleagues and friends. Thank you.

  We went with our Daughter & her family! She was presenting a program at the hotel. We stayed overnight and enjoyed the amenities as a family the next day! We had adjoining rooms so that our Grandson could go back and forth from their room to ours! The only thing that we didn't care for was that they wanted to charge us $ 10.00 for a microwave in our room.

  This was our 3rd time staying here. When we went to drop off our luggage, the keycard worked for the parking entrance, but not for our room. Husband went back to the front desk to resolve it. They apologized profusely and updated him regularly during the 20 min wait while maintenance tried to fix the door. He didn't complain about the wait, but informed them that we had a business event that was about to start. They gave us a new room and $50 credit back for the inconvenience. We're very happy with the customer service.

  Nice resort, big rooms. The only thing bad I would say is the spa wasn’t open and room service wasn’t available due to COVID. Lazy river was nice and relaxing.

  Went there for late night dinner and drinks. Unfortunately the kitchen was closed but the Mac & cheese with lobster was delicious. Drinks made were great. We had to sit outside but that was preferable with how great the weather was. The server was running on horrible sleep but still catered to us well. Considering staying at the hotel next time because of that great night.

  This hotel is unbelievably dirty and dated. Upon check in we were given a room different from what we had booked, and we weren't informed about the change until we arrived at the hotel. The pool was over crowded and dirty. I would never recommend this hotel. We left the hotel and stayed at another hotel. The Omni did give us an "early departure" adjustment on our rate. The pool staff was nice and helfpul, that was the best part about this Omni.
