  I only gave two stars because when I needed a loan while active Omni did help. Everything about the repayment process was reasonable. The only thing that was unexplained to me was that if you get hurt and medically released on retirement that it will not be honored as full time served and/or take out another loan after paying off my initial that you won't qualify to take out another loan. Long story short I went to Omni with the intention of receiving help after being released on medically retirement needing some financial help. They told me because I was only a medical retiree and not a 20 year retiree I couldn't receive any help. A retiree, is a retiree. I receive the same medical and retirement check from the same source as 20 year retiree. For every medical retirees short lived career sacrifice to be looked down upon as if we all didn't have plans to perform our 20 years is degrading. Your policies need to be changed honoring all retirees not just 20 year ones.
