  This place is a scam, dont let the 5 star review fool you its to lure u in to this rip off. They will get you to sign a loan and later find out its at 30 % interest. They dont even help you out with it. Yes theyre friendly but save your pockets and stay away from these people. Pls do your research, instead go to Navy Marine corp relief society. Theyll offer 500 instant loan no questions ask and no interest fee. Now thats military friendly, nd all you need is your les and cac card. Ofc they have other options but 500 intant cash helped me out the most. STAY AWAY FROM OMNI

  First encounter with this company and I can say that this is a true example of "customer comes first." The establishment is nice & tidy and the staff acknowledges and greets you with a warm welcome as soon as you enter. Everyone is willing to not only help but also if welcomed educate you on how the loan process works. The consultant I had the pleasure of dealing with Kristin was highly informative and polite. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

  I have been a customer with Omni Military Loan for about four years now and they continue to impress. They have helped me through many tough times over the years and I can not explain how much respect I have for the staff. I was helped by Candace today and although I was her first customer she was very professional, respectful, motivated, and knowledgeable. I would seek out Candace for further help in the future.   The organization was very helpful and prompt in processing my request for a loan. I also received great customer assistance from their clerk Candace at the Jacksonville location. She was very helpful, and flexible with me during the processing and answers all questions I had with as much information as possible. I left feeling like I knew what I got into , I knew the terms of my loan and felt comfortable going through with the process.

  My wife and I went in today and signed for our loan and the service from Kristin was amazing . She treated and talked to us like we were instantly friends yet remained professional . She went way out of her way and took the time to to make sure that our loan was set the right way , I definitely reccomend this place and commend them for their amazing employees

  I've been an Omni customer for more than 10 years. The staff has always been nice with excellent customer service. I've never experienced an 31% interest rate nor have they taken unauthorized payments. I'm not sure where the negative comments are coming from, however I encourage you to find out for yourself. Thank you Omni for being there when I need you. 😊

  Rebecca Warner helped me with my loan application and made it super easy and fast to fill out. Had my loan within two days. Money in my hand via Omni debit card. She also gave me the option to use direct deposit if I wanted it in the bank! Couldn’t ask for better help! Thank you Rebecca for your excellent customer service!
