  Always seems short staffed.....definitely on Thursdays and Fridays when it's busiest. There is never more then 1 teller either at the front or the drive thru. you will wait every single time you come to this bank. Upwards of 20-30 mins.... One speed at this bank.... SLOW! Recommend going to capital branch over this one!!

  Atm is always down dont waist your time they are useless. They wad on point for a couple years they must have changed management or something remember DONT WAIST YOUR TIME

  This omni branch has been nothing but a headache for myself and my family. I was a victim of check fraud and not only did Omni not do their job and catch it before approving of the deposit but they are holding me responsible for the amount of the check, thousands of dollars! After I spoke to the fraud department and manager they told me that I was basically screwed and they wouldnt help me. I have been a member since 2010 and full trusted them to protect my account and my money. After they charged my account for the check amount they transferd another $1900 out of my other account to cover the negative balance they had caused. Without permission. I do not reccomend any of their services and will ve seeking a new financial institution.

  This Company Gives Horrible Services And Will Have U come In For over A Hour To Open A Checking Account Just To Close It For No Reason And Say Your Not Approved 😤🖕🏾
