  I came to the bank yesterday with a friend that needed to see a personal banker regarding her accounts. Personal banker Ms. Coco Ward assisted her. Ms. Ward was extremely friendly, personal and professional. I was so impressed with Ms. Ward and the atmosphere, (seemed so personal), of the bank that I told Ms. Ward I was going to return to open an account. Today I came back with my friend to finish having her issues addressed. I am opening an account as I type this comment because of the wonderful, friendly, personal experience my friend and I had with Ms. Ward! Ms. Ward is awesome, every personal banker should be like her!

  This is the best bank I have ever been to. First, the entire staff from the security to management is outstanding giving me fast professional service always pleasant and have gone above and beyond. Easy to use the app, easy to make deposits and withdrawals, they have great personal bankers who get your requests done in a jiffy. Fern Brown is the reason behind it all. Her management skills keep loyal customers coming!

  Ms Ward was very patient with me. I am so appreciative to have gotten her. My account was compromised and she helped me to close those accounts and open new ones.
