Julie Henderson1Worst branch office! Went to get a cashiers check but refused because my license is expired even though the expiration deadline is extended by the state. No manager on duty to assist. Went to another branch and was able to obtain with no questions. Another time needed to complete wire transfer again no manager on duty so had to go to another branch to complete transaction.

Tonya Fondren1Service is terrible sitting in the car waiting on a bank teller to serve you waiting over 30 minutes the car in front of us haven't not being served being waiting over 40 minutes or more.
