  The worst branch ever. The worst employee ever. I walked in to ask for an account opening and loan options, a lady with white shirt and glasses behinds the window was barely wanting to talk or treat her customers well. Instead of taking the time to explain to me what options and how to start an account with them she gave me an impression to leave and not coming back again to this bank. Worst treatment ever!!!!! Zero rating.

  Horrible customer service. They dont know their own policies and give customers the run around when they dont know what to do. US Bank 24/7 Customer service says go into your local branch and the local.branch says no we dont provide that service. I came in for a proof of funds letter. They said no, I sat there an hour with Branch Manager Patsy and her supervisor turning bright red when i questioned why not. I even called again to Us bank only to be told they couldnt reach out to the local branch directly. So i leave and go down the street to Bernadette at the other evergreen park,il us branch on 95th and she gives me the correct letter in 5 minutes. I am convinced they inconvenienced me on purpose. I have witness them treat other patrons simiarly before. The new management here needs to change. If you have an issue go to the us bank not in Meijer. They are typically more knowledgeable and polite at other locations.

  I agree with the other reviewers who have posted their comments. The hours of business and the location are both very convenient. The staff are courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone.

  I regularly come here. Good customer service and patient Staff. Sure the wait can be a bit long but the staff was friendly and kind. :)

  I go there and I have to deposit money idk how they work cause they have only 3 people in front of me and they take more than 35 min and who ever manager she's do nothing and she just go around in mall .I'm not going there no more bad service.plz tell them take customers first and talk each other after
