Old National Bank Reviews

Cat bell1I would give a negative number if I could. The staff at the chaska office are great. Its their corporate experience that leaves the customers lacking. A payoff was sent to the corporate office per instructions and the amount differed and rather than reaching out to the title company to report the difference and resolve to return the over payment... they won't cut a check to retun the money for 15 additional days. This causes the loss of interest on my side and they do not vare its their policy.
Response from the ownerWe appreciate you sharing your experience. We will share this feedback with our team.

Jean (ChaskaLady)4I have never had poor service at this bank so am very surprised to see these reviews. I belonged to Klein Bank for 19 years before it was bought by Old National. My only complaint was that they would not accept a home appraisal when I applied for a loan even though the appraisal was only 3 months old. However, that was when they were still Klein bank . I just went somewhere else for the loan.
Response from the ownerHi Jean, thank you for taking time to share your experience. Let us know if there is anything else we can to do!

Michele imdieke1I always rejoice when the drive thru is empty when I get there! They are understaffed and set up poorly for success! Today I got there and wanted a change order for my business. I would have called it in before I got there, but they never answer the phone. It goes to automated voicemail. I was second in line in the commercial lane and waited 24 minutes to get to the window! Multiple people waiting in all lines!!! Re-open the old branch at Chaska Commons! Far better customer service!
Response from the ownerHi Michelle, thank you for sharing your experience. We take your comments seriously and will share this with our team. You can also call our Client Care team at 1-800-731-2265 for additional assistance.

Nicholas Gerace1Awesome customer service. I needed change badly, and they wouldn't help me out, because I don't have an account, which I sort of understand. But the best part was when they didn't even ask me if I wanted to open an account, so A+ tellers you have working here. Nothing convinces someone to open a bank account like shooing them away and not even offering a solution. You train them super well here 👍
Response from the ownerHi Nicholas, thank you for taking time to share your experience. We will definitely pass this along to our team. If you would like to learn more about ONB, we invite you to visit us online at www.oldnational.com.

Tobe Liame1I was grandfathered in when Klein switched to ONB. One of my bills put me into an overdraft situation, due to a financial mishap unrelated to ONB. I expected the overdraft fee that I got. But what I did not expect was a DAILY deduction for everyday I didn;t repay that negative balance. What started out as a -$25 balance shot up to over -$100 in less than a week! I am low income, living off SSI. By the time I would have been able to correct the negative balance, I'd have been so far in the red I would barely be able to pay my bills the next month, and have no cushion for necessities after that all through October. It would become a cycle of struggling to stay out of debt. Calling customer service, I had to be a broken record and threaten to leave to get that daily fee removed so I could finish paying my last two bills for this month. The operator tried to convince me there was nothing they could do and had absolutely no sympathy for the fact I am on a low fixed income and had an unpredicted mishap with my budget. Finally I did get a refund of the $70 that was taken out. However, they snuck in an additional daily fee right before the money was deposited from the refunded fees. I cannot recommend going elsewhere enough, especially if you're living on a fixed income or are low income. These people will screw you over.

I am an Apache Helicopter1DO NOT BANK HERE. I would give 0 stars if it were possible. Charges dont go through for 2, sometimes 3 days. (Even on week days).... Sometimes I'll check my balance, buy something. And then the next day I end up with more money that I had the day prior. This place is an absolute JOKE. They will destroy you with overdraft fees as well even when it's there fault. I am done with this "bank"

Daniel Johnson1Avoid this bank at all costs(there are a lot of hidden ones). You are better off at a bigger bank

Alex Bruce1Deposited a check here it took eight days before they posted the money to the account then told me I have to wait another day before I can pull it the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard not only that when I called to talk to someone and tell them I have had experiences with Wells Fargo and US Bank taking no more than 2 days to deposit a check and funds are available and they tell me we are not Wells Fargo or u.s. Bank rude people horrible bank I would recommend not banking there if I could give zero Stars I would
