      Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to get a loan. The bank has been nothing but uncooperative with me. They knew I’d be gone with the military and waited until I was gone to bring up nothing but completely unnecessary issues. Very unfriendly bank for anyone in the military. Almost feels like they are bullying me into a corner with no good options. Definitely won’t be going back to them.

      I love old national. Every member of the staff at the 54 location is lovely, as well as the staff at the Southtown location. Erin and Diane are both so helpful and sweet and make me feel like family! Banked here for years, will continue to do so!
