  Speaking of Captain Mortgage. This guy is the best, hands down. Let me tell you what he did for me.. When I met Chris, my credit score wasn't high enough to buy a house. So, he gave me advice on raising it up. While waiting for my credit score to improve, he teamed up with Abby Shelton and worked out a sweet deal for me. One where I received a $5000 grant for my down-payment. Unbelievable!! I closed on my home for $500 out of pocket, on a $93000 loan with no equity or down-payment other than the one he got for me. Now, this is probably a rare occurrence, since that program only lasted a couple of years. But I knew nothing about it going in, and he went out of his way to do something for me when he owed me nothing. What isn't rare is Chris going out of his way to help, for that's what he does. So please, look no further than Chris Roberts, Sir Captain Mortgage!!
