  Hands down the best customer service around! I have banked with OCCU for years and have purchased a new vehicle and a new boat over the last year. The financing has been seem less, I honestly don’t know why I’ve ever chosen to finance with dealerships in the past. Shout out to Jackie Gordon for going above and beyond to make everything effortless with our financing.

  I had a hard time getting it all set up, it was hard to contact customer service, after they said my account was ready it still would not work or make any purchases. I am on my own and just newly in college. They won't even let me have an actual bank account. I have to only have a savings and ATM card. (Even though I have a good credit score and I've made all payments on time, have money in there etc. I enjoy it now just wish they would let younger people who don't have much have SOMETHING. I can't buy anything online. It's frustrating. But I'm trying to show them I make enough. The app is okay apart from these problems I faced/ facing.

  This is a horrible bank your money is not protected when it comes to fraud, the bank will tell you your out of luck, and this bank also only has two locations open on Saturday, i was told by Branch manager that the bank only protects money on the debt card and if the bank is hacked thats the only times your money is protected, but if you were defraud and have a police report they refuse to get your money back horrible bank some of the workers their are rude.

  Love location. However service is slow. Seems under staffed. However, I love this bank. The one on Peoria is faster but not as friendly.

  I will never go back to banking with a big bank again after banking with OCCU. They treat their members exceptionally well, and they go above and beyond when necessary. To whomever commented that this place sucks because they close so early, I say, this place ROCKS because they have a branch that is even open on Saturday at all! We are oh so lucky to have such a great credit union here in Tulsa. Thanks OCCU!

  Extremely slow and unhelpful. Most experiences I’ve had at this location were awful. The Sheridan location is much more friendly and willing to help!

  While i do appreciate this being the only branch with extended hours please staff appropriately and handle your lines in order I've been behind the same car for half an hour at this point.
