  I'm selling a house and the buyer was going through this company for financing. I gave them 45 days for closing instead of the usual 30 days when I signed the contract. I was 4 days past the closing date when I decided to make my house active again and not extend the contract due to this lender. They definitely lack any sort of urgency and their communication is far from great. They were not able to give any sort of time frame for what kind of extension they would need to close. The whole experience makes me question how reputable of a lender this company really is.

  We are responsible for communicating with our clients. We are legally not permitted to disclose pertinent information to the sellers, which leaves communication up to our clients. We are sorry if anything wasn't communicated to you by the buyer but it's not our job. We are responsible for our clients only, and it is our job to help the Veterans. We have plenty of happily closed files and find your comments untruthful and rude.

  Ohio Home Finance took care of everything for my new home purchase. I had used them 16 years ago when I first used my VA home loan benefits and used them again this year for my second home I’ve purchased. They helped me through all the red tape that makes using VA benefits sometimes overwhelming. They pushed everything as quickly as was possible, and all of this was in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. I would definitely recommend them to any fellow Veteran who is looking to use their Veterans benefits in purchasing a home.

  I am selling a home to buyer using this agency. And let me explain.....this place displays a huge lack in communication and in my opinion is not the best option for someone looking to buy a home. On several occasions this agency forgot or neglected to gather routine information for the home being sold, did not inform that specific inspection needed done until the scheduled week of closing, and we are out 13 days past the date we were supposed to close.
