      The staff at the branch is very friendly and knowledgeable. Where the bank lacks is Woodforest as a whole. If they suspect fraud they will lock your card and not even tell you. It's happened a few times to me, I'd go to get gas and then the card would be declined because they locked it with no notice. They say it's Mastercard, but I have a Capital One 360 account now. It is also a Mastercard and if they suspect fraud they'll text me asking if it is fraud. I'll reply no and I'm still able to use my card instead of having to go to the branch and unlock my card. Friendly people and getting paid a day early is good, but the bank features itself aren't great.

      I love their services and I don't have problems cashing my check from my job they are outstanding and they don't refuse no one service. If they can't help they make a effort to solve the issue. Thanks Woodforst team I love ya so much keep the Good job up. No one has better customer service so far I give this branch 10☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆.       They need more employees. There is no way I should have to wait in line 10 minutes only to be told I have to wait 20 more minutes to do a western union. Thought about getting an account there. Im good

      Easy access at Wal-Mart and open 7 days a week.sometimes takes longer because only 1 employee working the window and others in back room
