  My Debit card was compromised and needed to get new card. We are NW customers and we’re happy to see our two girls there in CMCH. They are the best❣️Kiersten took great care of me and I know we made the right choice to stay with Ocean First. We appreciate the kind service smiles and personal touch!

  Terribly disappointed! My wife Megan Menz loved ocean first mainly for their customer service they were always so helpful and understanding. She was very worried once they moved to Cape May Courthouse this will change and today it was confirmed that it has. There was an error on the account It really was no one's fault not the bank not ours kind of a combination of things including the company involved but ocean first wanted nothing to do with helping us with the issue aside from the young lady continuously repeating it was not their fault. We have both been dealing with customer service our entire lives and in both of our family businesses we definitely go the extra step to make our customers happy something ocean first was not willing to do today. They returned my wife's phone call at 5:10 they close at 5 o'clock so we had no way of getting there to sign a paper to help rectify the problem however we will be there first thing tomorrow morning to close our account.

  Today Ocean First Bank made me a customer for life. I had lost my debit card at Michaels and didn't realize it until later in the day. When I returned from shopping and realized I did not have it with me I was frantic. I called Ocean First in Cape May Court House and spoke to Denise. She immediately cancelled the card and told me to come right over and she would issue a new card immediately. I did just that. I then went to the dentist and returned home about 2 hours later to find someone had found my original card and called Ocean First. How very very nice of that person. I had three messages on my voicemail from the customer care center at Ocean First when I went into my home. I called them immediately and spoke to Denise again. She advised me that the card she had reissued would work just fine and that she cancelled my original card. Its immediate action like this and the overall concern for me and my account displayed by Denise that will make me a customer for life. Thank you Denise.

  I am always greeted with a smile and a happy disposition when I arrive in the drive-thru. The teller is very personable, knowledgeable, and ready to complete my transactions. Good bank to be part of!!!

  I have been dealing with Ocean First bank since they purchased Cape Savings bank. In all these years, my contacts with Ocean First have been first rate. My local branch in Cape May Court House has always been there when needed. I would recommend them to anyone. Ed
