      I have a shore house in Chadwick Beach with a mortgage from OceanFirst. Living in Cranford - decided to open an account in the Westfield Branch. Betty was excellent in describing and completing this. Plus all options in mobile, direct de bit, etc. great job - thanks.

      I had quite a few things to take care of w my account after my move to the area. Patrina at the Westfield bank was more than amazing at helping me w everything! And in a short amount of time! Thank you so much Patrina! I went home and the first thing I said was “I love my new branch!”

      I have been banking with the Westfield branch since it opened. I have maintained both personal and business accounts. I also obtained a PPP loan through the bank. The folks there are personable and highly professional. In particular, working with Rian Andrews during the transition period to Ocean First has exceeded my expectations. He has been most helpful. I have worked with Jodi Weinberg in my capacity as managing partner of Klinger & Farrell, LLP. She has also been exceedingly helpful and proficient in maintaining our partnership with the bank.       I received a text message this morning that there was fraud on my debit card. I canceled the card over the phone and later in the morning stopped in to the Westfield branch to get a new debit card. Patrina helped me and was very friendly and efficient. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

      The absolute worst bank ever. I unkowingly went -3$ on my account while paying for gas and there was a 38$ overdraft fee charged. This is over 1,200% service fee, which is absolutely absurd. To add to this I was not notified of this and I spent an additional 10$ on my card which prompted another 38$ charge, ultimately causing 76$ in fees on 13$ owed. The fact that this bank does this is mind blowing. I was expecting more after Ocean First took over Two River clearly nothing happened. This bank is a fraud and I will be switching to Bank of America.

      The tellers are very polite and helpful. They remember regular custmers. There is always a notary available, and there is usually a Medallion Guarantee person on hand. There is a free coin counting machine for customers. This branch has a comfortable, homey feel. There is a drive up ATM and two drive through lanes. They still offer lollipops to children that visit, whether they walk in or drive up.
