  Everytime my husband or I have gone into Adlers Jewelers we have had nothing but the best experience and treatment. They always take care of us. On two separate occasions I had to take my engagement ring in for a repair and I received it back as beautiful as the day my husband proposed. This most recent time the ring had been practically bent in half, but they returned it to me as good as new. We highly recommend Adlers to anyone looking not only for quality jewelry but for quality care as well!

  I bought my fiancée's engagement ring at Adlers and couldn't have had a better experience. The employees make you feel like their most important customer, led by owner Andy who could not have been more helpful. I purchased a ring to go with a family diamond, and received a full examination of the diamond and ring appraisal with my order. I would highly recommend Adlers to all!

  Adlers has been my go to jewelers shop for years. The level of professionalism, customer service and attention to detail is amazing. I would highly recommend you purchase your fine jewelry here as they will help you maintain, clean and adjust if need be as time progresses. I will not buy my diamonds anywhere else! Truly a shop above the rest!!!

  My sister recently got engaged & got a ring from Adlers Jewelers. Ana was absolutely wonderful. Such an amazing person to work with from start to finish. I would highly recommend if you need an engagement ring to stop by here. They have unbeatable customer service, knowledgeable staff members, and a wide selection to chose from!

  The best decision we have a made so far!! Using Alders Jewelers for our engagement ring was the best experience! After my fiancé proposed, we went to Alders together to pick out the ring. Irene was so helpful! I had no idea what I wanted and she helped me so much! She walked us though the whole process, ordered specific diamond shapes and sizes in for us, and the best part.... my dream ring was below our budget! Irene even surprised us with a beautiful engagement gift as well! We both loved our experience with Alders and specifically with Irene and will definitely be back in a few month for our wedding bands!!

  Shopping for an engagement ring was always a daunting task for me. Andy was extremely welcoming as soon as I walked through the door. Adler's is one of the most friendliest and family oriented places I have ever been to. I felt welcomed and not afraid to ask questions. Andy spent a lot of time explaining me all the characteristics in a diamond and all the 4 C's and what makes the most beautiful and rarest diamond. I ended up purchasing my fiance's perfect, one of a kind engagement ring and she was extremely happy and satisfied with the outcome!! We have recieved numerous compliments! I would like to thank everyone at Adlers for going above and beyond everytime and highly recommend them. I will be coming back for this wedding bands!! Thank you again.

  What is there to say about a place that's perfect? The staff? Perfect. The service? Perfect. Valerie helped me, and eventually my fiancee through the entire process from start to finish of the jewelry aspect of getting married, from my engagement engagement ring, then to the wedding bands, then to wedding gift. A staple in downtown westfield my family and extended family have been going to adlers for as long as I can remember, and now that I've been through the process myself it's not hard to see why. This isn't a review so much as it is a thank you letter for the incredible service, professionalism, and what feels like a genuine desire to be involved in your life and process. Absolute perfection.

  I've been shopping at Adlers for many years and, since I've always had a great experience there, when it was time to buy an engagement ring, I went to Adlers first. I could not have had a better experience. I worked with Andy, who is one of the owners. He was incredibly responsive, helpful and knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations in every way. I've also worked with Irene in the past, who is also wonderful. I would give them 6 stars, but google won't let me!

  I cannot say enough about Adlers Jewelers; they went above and beyond in fixing my wife’s engagement ring after the stone had fallen out of the setting. Christine was outstanding, for she made a difficult situation so much better with her compassion and knowledge. My wife is thrilled with the results and delighted to be reunited with her ring. Adlers Jewelers is most certainly the place to go for fine jewelry repairs.

  My experience at Adlers was great, Ana was able to help me find the engagement ring i had pictured in my head very fast and she was very polite and easy to work with. Andy was able to get in a selection of princess cut diamonds in my price range within a couple days for me to choose from and I found the perfect one. I definitely recommend Adlers for anyone looking to purchase an engagement ring.
