  From the very beginning, Joe was of the utmost help and support! Being first time home buyers, we were unfamiliar with a lot of the process and procedure. Joe made everything extremely easy to understand and worked day in and day out to help us get the best rate possible for our perfect home!   Joe was a big help in the mortgage process especially being that this was the first home my husband and I purchased. It didn't matter the time of day, he was always available to assist. No matter how silly the questions was, he answered them and kept explaining until we understood the process. So pleased we went with him for the mortgage on our first home.   Joe went above and beyond for my wife and I. He was committed to getting us the rate we needed to get the house of our dreams. He knows the in's and out's of the process like an expert and we really appreciated him making suggestions in terms of types of loans and also timing of when to lock a rate. He jumps in the process with you and cares so much that you'd think it was HIS loan! Not only is Joe great at his job, but he does it all with a smile and a great attitude.
