  went in to ask service question. quick efficient greeting by Tyler offered to assess issue with tires/TPMS Mike then provided detailed results after initial triage of resetting software. will reassess later in week prior to couple hundred mile drive. couldnt have been more impressed with customer service!

  Came in to test drive the accord, Max the sales men was awesome very personable and cool. The Car drove great, so was the electronics in the vehicle pretty neat. However; One guy wasn’t very nice so I ended up buying a Nissan :)

  Ivan Gonzalez supposedly from Ocean Honda came knocking on my door this morning unannounced, and for no reasons that I knew of. I have never been to, spoken to, or given my address to this dealership. I immediately felt threatened thinking he was a criminal in disguise. I yell through my window that was open a crack asking him what he wanted. He asked me if I own a Honda. Well no kidding I do. It's sitting in my driveway. That made me think even more he was a criminal. I asked him again what do you want and what are you doing at my door, and he said there's a recall on your car. At this point I was ready to get my gun because I was preparing for him to possibly break the glass on my door and break in. There was a recall on my car for the airbags and it was repaired on August 30 a few days before I bought the car from Quality Auto Sales in New Port Richey last month. Quality Auto gave me the invoice they received from Honda that completed the repair. At this point, I'm on high alert, I yell at him to get away from my house immediately before I release my pitbull's, and to leave his card at my door. When he leaves, my neighbors told me they saw him, and he was driving slowly on the block in an Ocean Honda minivan. So I call them to see if they had someone sent here, and after speaking to three people that didn't seem to know about him coming to my door, the guy I spoke to last admits that they do send people to homes occasionally. Unannounced??? When I told him how threatened I felt, he acted as if it was no big deal. Maybe he doesn't watch the news, or read criminal statistics, but I advised him to because this situation and his attitude was very unprofessional. I told him they should have sent a letter, or called me first. When I get off the phone with him, I call a general 800 Honda number to explain what happened, and then they have a woman call me back who is much more understanding and explained that Ocean Honda did not use the right part... whatever that means. So she is setting me up with an appointment at the Palm Harbor dealership to fix a job Ocean Honda not only did not do right for Quality Auto before I bought the car, but approached resolving the issue in an extremely unprofessional manner. They have lost my business even before I have ever considered using this dealership.

  Ocean Honda was awesome! Everyone was so helpful, and made sure to make us happy with our overall experience. AJ was outstanding! He was professional and made sure to help us find exactly what we were looking for. The manager was extremely helpful, and made sure we got the right price. We traded in a car, and it was no hassle at all. We left with a 2012 Honda Civic and could not be any happier! I highly recommend buying cars from Ocean Honda!

  I went in to purchase a used Mini Cooper Countryman and discovered the car I was looking for had equipment different than what I needed. So, the salesman introduced us to the Honda HR-V. We found this car to everything we were looking for and wound up buying it. The experience was pleasurable and we were very pleased with the salesman, Joe, the sales manager and the deal overall. Closing the deal was quick with no pressure to purchase extra warranties, etc. I would recommend Ocean Honda to others interested in a new cart.

  They helped us get the most for our trade when we had previously been ripped off 10k by another Honda dealership. This place is amazing and worth the hour drive for us. Rick with sales knew his stuff. Excellent service from beginning to end and they still care even after you've bought the vehicle!

  I went to Ocean Honda today for a 10,000 mile service on my 2017 civic ex. The waiting time was as promised by Michael, who did everything he could to make me comfortable. I also saw Tony who was wonderful as always and remembers my name almost 2 years after I bought my car.

  Made my appointment on line for an oil change and tire rotation, went in the day of the appointment, Service writer Tammy approached me and took my vehicle right in and although it took some time (hour n change), as they were busy. I was overall pleased with the service. Tammy went over everything with me and all was good. Thanks Tammy.. I have had really good luck at this dealership. Hope it continues!!

  Bought a certified Honda pilot with lots of hidden issues . It has been in the shop 6 times in one year. It was wrecked before and had extensive repairs (repairs were poorly done).I even got Honda Corp involved but it doesn't seem like they will do much about it.. Definitely done with Honda for a long long time....Almost everyone at this dealer is great though.. they tried their best to make me happy every time. The general manager got involved and stayed involved. Even when they got sick of my complaints and got sick of fixing all the issues, they continued to try and keep me happy. The GM ( Scott harlib ) is great!!
