  Paul helped us get the loan with a great rate, and we got our dream house. We were using another lender and three days after our offer was accepted, we realized it won’t work with that lender. Our real estate agent recommended Paul and shortly after talking to him, we decided to switch and we are so glad we did. Paul was definitely the getting the job done type and he really keeps his clients’ interests in mind. Long story short, he helped us find multiple programs, always have a backup; he found us a very competitive interest rate, much better than all the other lenders I talked to; he worked relentlessly with the many many questions from the underwriter, and eventually we got our dream house. I will recommend him to all my friends and family.

  We were shopping around for rates while my wife and I were looking to purchase a home, and we were referred to Paul at OB Mortgage by a friend. My buddy had worked with Paul for his own home, said he was very chill and got him a fantastic rate. He was right, of all the people we reached out to, Paul gave us the best rates for what we were looking for, and it wasn't very close. Throughout the entire process he was in constant contact, succinct, told us everything we needed to know as things happened, it was overall a fantastic experience. Even with random issues that we encountered that were out of our control, Paul would immediately work to provide all potential scenarios and our options. He'll work to make sure all bases get covered. It was a great experience, I'll likely be referring him to all of my buddies, and I'd highly recommend to anyone that's looking to reach out.

  I can not express how thankful my family and I are for what Paul was able to do for us. We found ourselves receiving a 60 notice to move because our landlord decided to sell the property. Completely blindsided we had no idea what to do. After being denied by 3 other lenders Paul was recommended to us. I layed out our situation and he said he would see what he could do. Not only was he able to get us approved he helped us find our dream home. He was there for us to throughout the entire process. I had no idea what I was doing and he was there to help with any questions I had always making himself available for us. Going absolutely above and beyond. I honestly have no idea where we would be without his help. Please, do yourself a favor and give him a call. Let him work his magic.
