  My husband and I just got our home loan through Oakstar Bank. Adam Swenka is an absolute rockstar, and the only part of our home-buying process that went smoothly was securing the loan. Adam was very thorough in making sure that we knew and understood all of our options. If it weren’t for Adam and his team, and them being so easy to work with, I’m not sure what we would have done. I can’t say enough good things!

  Not only did Ryan Langston get us a better rate than anyone else, he was extremely knowledgeable when it came to navigating the loan applicant expectations for a self-employed person. In our case, the self-employment timeframes limited us from being approved by most lenders, but Oakstar had a greater breadth of lenders available and were able to get secure us a loan when other companies couldn't. Also appreciate his extremely quick email response and followup. This process is always slightly stressful and they tried to remove all of the stress they could.

  Per the recommendation of our realtor, we worked with Ryan Langston and Adam Swenka for our mortgage here and could not have been happier. We got an excellent rate, weren't pressured into taking on more than afford, and they were remarkably quick to respond and helpful whenever we had questions - which was often. We've already referred some friends and expect to send more their way. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

  I've bought a few houses using OakStar Bank in Springfield Missouri! They always beat the pants off of the competition :-) Great rates, great service and overall great experience! Make sure to call Ryan Langston if you need any help. I would definitely encourage anyone to at least get a quote from them and put their service to the test before trying anywhere else.

  Adam Swenka's team was absolutely amazing to work with! They were great at communicating. Adam communicated with me directly whenever there was something I needed to address immediately. Whenever I needed help, I always received a response within hours! If you are wanting help with a home loan, I cannot recommend them high enough!
