  Recently used Oak Point Funding to close on a fix & flip property I was acquiring in Broward. I had been using another lender and they would always delay my closing. Upon my first conversation with Oak Point, I noticed their process was very different. It was quick and efficient. The loan was able to close in exactly 8 days from my first conversation with them. I will be using them on all of my future deals. I never write reviews, but this company really does a phenomenal job servicing their clients. They are 100% worth working with.

  Excellent experience working with Alex and Oak Point. Previously, I ran into several delays applying for a traditional loan with my bank. I decided to work with Oak Point and secured the loan within a week. Sellers wanted a quick closing and I was able to meet them at all their deadlines. The best part is that they communicate effectively and keep you updated throughout the entire process. I never felt left in the dark. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a quick and transparent loan process.

  Just did a refinance with Oak Point Funding on a duplex that I’ve owned for a few years. I came across their website online and was able to speak to a representative quickly. From my first conversation to closing, it was a total of 28 days which I was very happy with. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Efficient and excellent service. 5+ stars!
