  One of the worst TD Branch banks in all of Miami. Avoid at all cost unless you have a free day and can spend hours of your time waiting for one of the extremely slow bank tellers. Was left waiting for over an hour just to simply get a new card. Was never greeted, was never told an estimate of how much longer I’d be waiting, was never even spoken to by an associate until it was my turn in line. Just horrible, horrible, horrible customer service all around.

  This is the most unvonvenient bank, at night the ATM machines never accept cash but they charge overdraft thr following day, it is SCAM, my salary is on cash and at night I can't deposit the cash, and the next ATM is so far from my home,

  Go here if you want your stress level to rise.This is the worst bank on the planet they are so unhelpful always and I’m treated with disrespect every single time I come it’s a problem honestly save your time or go to any other branch and they’ll be more helpful. They wouldn’t even let me make a deposit into my own account

  One of the worst td branches off all the ones I’ve been at. 6 people waiting and no personnel . One employee only, looking at the computer and the manager asking us to sit down and wait . One teller only and people starting to get mad . This is ridiculous and unacceptable. We are in the heart of north miami and there’s no personnel to expedite the processes .
