  My partner Mike and I are relocating from Massachusetts to Ft Lauderdale and are buying a home. I reached out to 3 mortgage companies to give me quotes. Let me say that I was overly impressed with the customer service that Mary provided. Every time I had a question Mary responded very quickly and answered our questions. She is very professional, but she also is very personable. The home buying process in Massachusetts is very different and Mary took the time to make sure we understood the process. She has been our guardian angle we would highly recommend her to anyone trying to obtain a mortgage.

  I have to start out by saying I only recently began writing reviews because I realized how much I have come to rely on them when choosing the right people for a desired service. In the past, I have learned the hard way, so now I put forth much time and effort in doing my absolute best to choose whom I work with. My boyfriend and I are truly blessed and grateful to have found and connected with Mary. We were told by a multitude of other mortgage brokers that we wouldn’t qualify for a loan amount nearly enough for the price home we were seeking to purchase. Turns out- they were all wrong. It was extremely important to us that we were provided with honest and correct information regarding a pre-qualification amount, to save time and headaches for everyone involved. (I cannot say I wasn’t skeptical about what Mary was telling us, but with her thoroughness and ability to communicate is what gained our trust, and ultimately our mortgage loan!) Mary is the absolute best at what she does. She is honest, trustworthy, diligent, highly responsive, and most importantly- caring.   Buying a home during COVID is tough. Add in non traditional income with multiple businesses makes it even tougher.   Tom helped me get set up with a loan when I was looking for a place. He did a very thorough job and was pleasant to work with. I didn't get any surprises at closing, which has happened before to other people I know using other companies. I would definitely use them again.
