  I have known Brad for about 10 years now, and have the opportunity to help me with 2 of my 3 mortgages. I met Brad through my father who was a financial planner, who assisted him on his mortgages. I recently moved back to Florida and was purchasing a new home. The mortgage company I was dealing with was giving me the runaround, and I was completely frustrated.   I am a first time home buyer, and while I am an intelligent and educated young professional, I had absolutely no background knowledge related to home buying or real estate. The first conversation I had with Brad was the deal maker; Brad spent quite some answering my questions and explaining the process, and this was before I was even committed as a client. Every step in the process of buying my home was easy, and honestly the entire ordeal was stress free due to Brad's excellent communication skills. When his cell went to voicemail, he would call back within a couple hours. This level of commitment and customer service is unheard of in this area. In the end, we had some troubles with closing due to other parties, but Brad and his team went above and beyond their obligated duties as mortgage brokers and helped out in every way possible to expedite the process.   I was promised a great rate by my bank but when it came time to close my loan my bank told me that the condo I was buying was not financeable. At that time, I thought my deal may be over.   Brad and Team were great throughout the entire process. What I was most impressed with was his tool he uses to breakdown all of the various loan options I could do (different down payment percentages, points, etc.) to find the best loan for me. Communication via e-mail and text were also accurate and expedient.

  Brad has been super to deal with. Very helpful. I've done 15 or more mortgages and refi's over the last 40 years and I recommend Brad and I'm going back to him for my next need. In the end my current banker made an offer I couldn't refuse, that wasn't available to Brad from his market. Brad handled this just as professionally as he handled all our other dealings. Brad is very knowlegable and super patient with those of us that aren't familiar with his industry.
