  Mr. Mohammad Soliman is a very Professional, and a Knowledgeable Loan Officer, who has worked so hard and so meticulously, in order to help me and my wife, attaining with satisfactions, our preset goal, to obtain an adequate loan to refinancing our home mortgage. Despite the critical current circumstance stem from the COVID 19 pandemic, hence causing a lot of hardship and difficulties, for him to get things done on time, Mr. Soliman never showed to be discouraged, loosing faith, or sit aback at all, in what he is trying to do, or can do for us. He is a very perseverance man, very friendly and very accommodating at all time.   Fidelity Direct Mortgage is by far the best lender I ever came across. They just made my dreams come true on 01/24/20 I closed on a built from ground home. The whole team was very professional and caring. They say it takes a village well mines consist of Taylor Harris, Jason, and most of all Ajay! I had terrible experiences with other lenders and FDM was the only one who could get a clear to close for me. They gave me the best guidance to improve my credit score. My case was more challenging then probably others, but they said it would take two weeks to fix: it had taken less then that. A true loan processor will look at your information and say this is what you need to do to meet our requirements for the desktop underwriter. Well every lender I went through pulled my credit and could not give me the proper guidance. I almost gave up until I was referred to FDM! FDM did not pull my credit first they told me exactly what I needed to do and I did it. I promise a little less then two weeks my credit score went up 60 points, by the 3rd week 14 more. I was never stressed with them. FDM is very professional and love what they do. My interest rate was the lowest it could go, I needed less then what they said at closing, and I closed on time. FDM gave their best for me. I will always be grateful! Please do not waste your time with other lenders go straight to FDM! You will have your dream home through them.   Deep Khosa has by far been the best loan officer I have ever had. He simply gets it! He knows how to work with clients and not overwhelm them, he breaks down the process and explains things very well and ensures that he continues to help the client, as he did us, and take us to the finish line!! Deep, your experience and knowledge of the mortgage/lending world really showed and helped us meet our real estate goals. As you know we were messed around with other lenders and a lot of time was wasted, but things changed and for the best, when we met you and you became our loan officer. I can tell you this for sure and stand by it that you are our loan officer for life, everything you and FDM did to ensure we met our goals and helping us making this happen. Thank you we appreciate you and know that our entire family will be doing business with you for a very long time!

  I have to say in my history of dealing with some difficult Real Estate deals, the one that was done my Fidelity Direct was very impressive to me. No matter what came up that would usually kill a deal was worked out and figured out by the entire team. Special thanks to Baldeep Singh Khosa (Deep)-Mortgage Loan for his communication skills and being able to relate to, sympathize with, calm the buyer down through it all.
