Once a fine loyal institution, merger with ACNB has been a total disaster. Long time staff are leaving in droves, software transition from new Windsor to ACNB has been full of problems and holes and taking away user benefits and features. Rerouting all local calls for communication with long time branch relationships has been replaced by an inept customer service center from Gettysburg, that unable to provide anything beyond simple service.Find another bank. New Windsor’s longtime history is just that
