  Great service here! The staff is so accommodating and honest. I have bought several pieces of jewelry here and have always been happy with my purchases and the service that was provided. I have also had jewelry repaired and have been extremely happy with the repairs. Would highly recommend!

  I have been going here for several years....this is an exceptional store...the guys go above and beyond in every way...friendly, knowledgeable, fair...always a great experience and the merchandise and prices are both awesome....I have gone here for loans and to shop...I am always treated with respect....love this place and am a forever customer...keep crushing it guys🤘🤘

  Excellent overall experience. They were all honest and extremely friendly. I'll be sure to use Kay Bee in the future. They paid significantly more for my items then every other place I visited. Atomosphere was very welcoming. Highly reccomend. Ask for Matt as he was unbelievably knowledgable. Would give more stars but not possible.

  Great if you are a junky hockin' grandmas rings but if you are normal person expecting some shred of confidence in what you're buying stay away.

  I have had a good experience each time I have visited this store to either get a loan, sell a item , buy something or just bringing stuff in to see what I could get. The young man that runs the store is very helpful and fair with his prices. Obviously in these times he has to be careful with what he buys, I have been turned down a few times because my items were not profitable or outdated but he was never rude and doesn't judge you. He takes the time to look up items values and gives you a fair price. You know that feeling you get before you go into a pawn shop , the I'm a piece of crap feeling because I'm in a hard place and need to sell my valuables to get by, well as soon as you walk in he greets you nicely and makes you feel welcome. Not like some loser selling junk. People already feel bad enough selling there items when in a tough time.

  The group of guys at Kay Bee are simply AMAZING! Wether I am there to purchase something or to sell something, they treat me the same, none of that looking down on you because you're selling your belongings so something must be wrong with you, scenarios. They always give me the best prices, again wether buying or selling. My husband and I were jusy recently married and being short on money (as many young, newly married couples) we went there and both found rings we TRULY love. The store is always clean and they have a huge variety of items. I wish every pawn shop had a group of guys as nice and hardworking as them! Thanks guys! (Signed TV girl w/no remote today lol)

  I absolutely love these guys awesome inventory, everything is fairly priced. My #1 go to place for 2nd hand power tools and much more. Best pawn shop in Westminster hands down.

  I love this place I've bought dozens of tools and electrictronics here and have always been satisfied with my purchases. Very nice and reasonable people working here. Definitely the best in Carroll County!
