  Great loan rates but some of the employees are worthless and lazy. Called looking for a date of a transaction we had an issue with and I was told to look the date up myself. I'm literally calling cause the date is what I cant find and what I needed but I guess I have to figure it out on my own. Using them for loans is great but maybe look elsewhere for personal banking. Updated. It gets worse.... I deposited 1000 and the atm took my money refused to spit out my card amd they are now saying the money wasn't deposited and guess what they don't have access to there own atm....

  This credit union is fantastic! Debbie the rep I work with consistently is beyond the best Banker I have ever worked with. She is prompt with information and get things some fast, most of the time same day! She goes up and beyond for every need for financing I may have. Beyond that the website is great, the credit products are awesome rates and thier credit card is good as well. Can't say enough good things about them! It's like old school banking with the personal touch!

  A couple of quite rude women working at this location…they are supposed to be a shared branching site but force the member to go to through the atm….

  the atm here ate my debit card, and a cash deposit. you're lucky I didn't smash it with a hammer

  I have been a member for over 5 years and have not had one single issue. I hated the big banks as there was always errors they made out to be my fault even though it was their error. NW Preferred is the most amazing financial institution I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The staff is always more than happy to help with any requests or questions I may have. They have also called me personally to confirm if I was trying to make a large out of state purchase that ended up being fraudulent. I highly recommend them for any of your financial needs.

  I've worked with NW Preferred CU for over 20 years. They are great to work with for me as a small business owner and have helped my kids with auto loans (no co-signer either). The website is easy to use and they keep it up to date. Pop Money is fantastic for mobile transfer of money to an individuals. Good people.

  This credit union is absolutely the best company that I work with. They are pleasant, efficient, accurate, helpful, and quick. I have been with them for 7 years and have never had a problem. They are simply the best!!!!

  My interaction with My Customer Service repsentative with the credit Union was very good, He was courteous and professional, he did what he said, He made the loan process very note worthy.

  I was looking for auto loan for a car if found with a branded title. My first bank won't give a loan for branded title. The second bank which was a credit union in my hometown and I am a member with them they will lend for 50% of the blue book value and the loan will not cover the price I looked for. I contact the third bank that will cover 100% but their interest rate was quite high and the same time I contacted NW preferred which I also a member and they said they would give me a loan for 80% of the blue book value. The blue book value of the car was 25K and the purchase price that I was going to buy was 18K. So 80% of 25K will cover my purchase price and also their interest rate was the lowest from the three banks that I contacted. I got approved in one day I have good credit score though. And I agreed to take 18K but then I found out later that I should purchase a warranty too so I wanted to take more than 18K. The bank said I can take more loan and it won't count as the part 80% of the car value and I got in done very fast while I was on the phone with them. Then I got email from them warned me there will be a sale tax when I register the car, they asked if I need to add that into the loan too. I said so. We got the paper on Friday I told the bank I wanted to get the car on the next day which is Saturday. The bank said just give the dealer contact and they will take care of it. We got the car the next day. This is not the first time that NW preferred has help me. I always found that they has the lowest interest rate. I got all those help from Jim and Jason. They were extremely nice. Thank you.
