Brittni Pruden2It’s so frustrating not having any ATM machines available. Their app is constantly crashing, they don’t have access to apple wallet or many other places you can normally link accounts. Every other day it tells me my accounts locked and won’t unlock with my info so I have to call constantly. The tellers are really nice at every branch but that’s the only good thing

While nw+ does not currently have any of its own ATM’s, we do belong to a network of over 30,000 Free ATM’s nationwide. Plus, our Kasasa Rewards checking accounts refund monthly ATM fees up to $15. We monitor our app very closely and while we’ve not had any reports of connectivity issues, your feedback is always valuable!

Sarah Graef4We joined roughly a year ago and after switching from a very known bank we were worried to move to a new one, however, we have had nothing but great experiences so far and love that there is a branch located in almost every town around us. We never have to travel far to get to a branch and unlike some banks, they always have tellers so you don't have to hunt for a full branch. All in all, we are pretty pleased!

Richard Fuller1Signs show drive up ATM but there's no ATM - there's no ATM anywhere at this bank. I asked a teller and they said they took out the ATM. Why is the sign lit? Put up another sign 'no ATM' over it! I'm sure they have paper and a pen-on-a-chain to make the sign.

Stacy Leland1Ali is the most unpleasant person. Never says thank you or anything. I dread walking in to make my car payment when I see her. She definitely should not be in customer service.

Luck Of the Lockmans1The website says sat 9-1 sat but we went there and the doors were locked there were people inside just staring at us and they completely ignored us. We have been calling and leaving messages trying to make our truck payments for 3 days but never heard back. I'm not impressed
