  It was great working with Terry! No loan is too big or too small for Terry as he provides everyone with the same dedicated attention. He is always very responsive and when challenges surface he always is prepared with a solution. Lastly, he is present during closing which is comforting for the buyers.   Terry was a joy to work with. Mortgages are stressful to get done and having someone like Terry to work with made the process so much easier. He is level headed and calm even when I wasn't. I was given a good rate and terms and he honored his word all the way through the process. I would certainly go back to Terry if I have future mortgage needs.

  I just want to thank Terry Cullen, for his help and guidance in this long process. I really don't know how we would have gotten through this without his help and calmness that he gave us.
