  Absolutely top-notch from beginning to end. Eric is personable, punctual and knowledgeable. He worked with us right down to the wire to get our deal to the closing table. And, when you sign up with Summit, you don’t just get a ride n’ dump once the ink is dry. Eric has continued to send us informative emails and even called personally almost 8-weeks after closing to see how we were doing. What other lenders do this!?! Eric and his team are truly one-of-a-kind and you will not regret choosing them for your next home. Can’t recommend high enough!!!

  Eric was absolutely incredible to work with. His knowledge, customer service and patience as he helped guide us through this process was absolutely outstanding. He made himself available to us regardless of the time of day, evening or even on the weekend. If I could, I would rate him higher than 5 stars.

  I was truly amazed how Eric and his team made going through the mortgage process, seem effortless. When called about any part of the process, I normally received a called back or text within 24 hours. Including if the call was made over the weekend. Eric was very knowledgeable about various types of loans, including VA loans, FHA, Cash, Coventional and First time loans. The mortgaged team check in on you throughout as well as after the process. I received emails and texts throughout the mortgage experience. That was definitely helpful explaining the process and next steps during and after getting the mortgage to me. I don't normally write a lot of reviews, in this case I felt it would have been a diservices to the great care that my family and I was showed from Eric and his great team. I would without a doubt recommend as well as use Eric and his team in the future .

  Eric was with me every step of the way in the fall of 2020 when I was prequalifying for a mortgage loan. He was there every time I had a question and if I left a VM he returned my call promptly. Eric and his staff were always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a mortgage loan I would definitely recommend Summit!
