Lamour Solutions5Not too crazy busy on a Saturday and really nice people attending the customers. Smiles and laughter all around and I can hear the bank tellers going out of their way to be extra accommodating where possible. I love banking here and I love that they're open on Saturday's. They have several locations and their staff is always friendly and kind. Always a great experience and never have to wait too long to do my banking be it business or personal.

Thomas Helton1The worst financial institution i have EVER dealt with! Particularly the Sullivan branch. I deal with 3 other financial institutions every month. I can be garnered tht ill wait in line every time , no matter what time ir day I visit the Sullivan branch. Now its bad enough that I am charged a $10 service fee to pay my loan over the phone. When I questioned this practice I was told they were going to raise to $15. Great customer service response! So I would be moving my loan to another financial institution, they couldn't have cared less! I will be letting my 2000 customers know, everyday to go elsewhete! I

James Harmon3Only one worker there has treated me nicely while all the others have treated me like I was stupid. Most problems branched from the new app ( still horrible) but very unprofessional people working in the front. One time I asked to pull some money out and they pulled it out of someone else's savings account. Very sloppy work. Good thing I realized and told them right away after it happened. I wouldn't bank with numerica in general and start investing in cryptocurrency

Claire Cerling5I’ve had great experiences here. Nice folks, and I like supporting a local credit union versus a big bank. I’ve also done some investing with one of their money managers and he was very helpful.

Levi Hoisington1Covid and everything else my account went in the hole and they where willing to work with I told inwas look for a job ect no problem they come to fine out they charged my account off and now not willing to work with me or anything worse case scenario is what happen here when in the past before they would just switch it to a loan and everything would be all good as long as you make the loan payment ect nope no help or anything just wrong world is already hard enough

Omar Davis1Been with numerica over 7yrs now Always used the Airway Heights branc excellent service over the years no complains. This Sullivan branch very unprofessional they dont follow up to questions an concerns treats you like you are dumb or have no idea what you are talking about. Am really considering taking my business somewhere else. If there was a zero star that's what I'd rate this Sullivan branch.

Melinda Overbeck3ATM wouldn't let me deposit a check. No drive thru teller station set up. Line is always long. Only two people working the day after a holiday they were closed for!!! Soooo dumb! Staff is always friendly and helpful once you get to interact with one or I'd give it less stars.

Konner Bruce5I'm not a current member of Numerica. I am however a member of two other credit unions one which doesn't give out coins and the other which is on the other side of the state. I came in today out of the blue for a roll of quarters to do my laundry, supposedly there is a coin shortage because the U.S Mint is closed due to COVID. After trying multiple different sources to try and get a roll of quarters to do my laundry I ended up at this specific branch. There is a "line" due to social distancing recommendations and many of the members seem somewhat irate by this (mainly the same ones who aren't wearing face masks....) The tellers are all very professional and courteous. I get up to Kelly and she is super sweet and kind and after dealing with what seemed to be irritated customers she still was holding her composure and being super kind and professional. She was prompt and friendly and helped me even though I wasn't a member of Numerica. I have always held you in high regards even though you aren't my financial institution.

Teresa D.1We do business with a bank and another CU. We have a loan with Numerica and wanted to open a checking account with Numerica so we could make things easy paying the loan with a transfer. Went in to the branch about an hour before closing and they said I would have to make an appointment as they wouldn't have time to do that before closing. We don't have a lot of days when we both have time available when the bank is open so we haven't been able to get back. So I have to go in to make my loan payment or mail it. Since then everytime I've been in, the line is out the door. I also noticed that there isn't a drive through anymore. Will never bank here and will move the loan at some point to avoid having to deal with this branch. Not even a little bit convenient.

Cristy M1My family and I have banked with Numerica for over 40 years since it was SRCU. This is by far the worst branch. Not only did you take the drive thru out. Which was easier for my grandparents in the winter and moms with kids in the car. You made it so no matter what time or day it is. It is always at least a 20 to 25 minute wait. Sometimes more. There are a few people that a super nice. But for some reason most are more interested in their computer then helping members. Anytime I brave going here I always hear people say I hate this bank cause it takes forever.
