  Chris was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the entire home buying process. I am a first time home owner and was very overwhelmed at the beginning of the process. Chris was so great in answering all of my questions, staying in constant communication and making sure I had everything I needed to make the process go smoothly. He is very kind, pleasant to work with, professional, and worked so hard to secure a very competitive interest rate for us. I was expecting the mortgage process to be much harder than it was, and much of that is due to Chris and all of his hard work. If you are looking to purchase a home, I highly recommend using Chris and NRL Mortgage.

  We loved working with Chris! He was very knowledgeable and prompt with answering any questions we had. Our refinance experience was quick and painless. The only thing I would have done differently was asked who they usually sell their loans to. If I had known it was Chase I might have gone a different route because I’m just not a fan of Chase’s customer service, but again that’s on me for not asking. Chris and NRL Mortgage was great to work with!
