  The home buying experience could have been overwhelming but thanks to Mark Goins and his team at NRL, the process was a smooth one. The constant reminders and informative videos helped out tremendously and made this experience simpler than it seemed. Mark & his team stuck with me from beginning to end.   I was extremely hesitant about leaving a review because I know the people you start with are not the people you end with, however I can not hold back on reviewing the company as a whole! From my loan processor, the loan processing manager, and all the way down to everyone who had a helping hand in obtaining my mortgage was great, but listen when I tell you this; I closed on the house almost two months ago and I have received NOTHING regarding payment, loan info or ANYTHING. I am now into the new year and the payment is due and for THREE WEEKS I have tried to contact this company and all I get is "Someone who will take down my information for them to give me a call back" If this is what you have to look forward to then I suggest you look ELSEWHERE!

  Marcus, Ivania and the whole team at NRL mortgage were a pleasure to work with. They guided me and my family through the refinance process with such ease and understanding! I have attempted to work with two other lenders before to refinance, and this company is by far the most professional. They were very understanding of my situation, and worked extremely hard on getting my refinance application approved and to closing. Definitely go with NRL if you're looking for a lender.

  Marcus and the NRL team are seriously the best! We could not have done it without them and especially Marcus. Since Day 1 he has been professional and extremely helpful. He actually gave us a call to formally introduced himself and explain to us the new homebuyer process.   First and foremost, I want to thank you all for everything. We came to NRL out of a recommendation from someone, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations. We had one deal that fell through due to things that were unrelated to NRL. Nikki and Mark ensured us that they would be able to help us every step of the way and get us into a house in a month. Well one month and 3 days, the deal was complete. Mark, Nikki, and the team were with us every step of the way and kept an open line of communication for the entire process. We were able to call about anything at any time. They were positive, aggressive, and overall the most amazing lending company that we have ever experienced. I would do the process completely over again with NRL, and we can't thank them enough!

  Marcus, was amazing!!!!!! Hands down! We switched lenders three times before getting to him, he worked with us and went the extra mile for our family!
