  Tessa did a great job. I appreciated her prompt, clear communication style. She was able to answer all questions and concerns quickly, kept on top of the paperwork, and remained professional and focused throughout the process. In a hot market when there is a surge in refinancing and new loans, when all underwriting departments are backed up, you want someone working with you who is laser-focused and keeps things on track. Tessa was able to communicate and coordinate effectively with all stakeholders in the process, and I would definitely use her again.

  Tessa was amazingly responsive. She was the first broker to return my message when I sent out several inquiries late on a Friday afternoon. She was on every detail and even got right back to me when she was on vacation and hiking in Glacier National Park. She gave me good advice on when to lock my rate and got me a terrific rate. I would not hesitate to use her services again.

  Jon is amazing to work with. Was very helpful and made sure to walk me through each step and explain everything in as much detail as I needed. Was very patient as I work Fire and EMS so my schedule was a little crazy to get in touch with me at times. This man was amazing all while evacuating, protecting and making sure his family was safe from the few hurricanes that hit Louisiana he continued to work on my mortgage loan to make sure it was completed ahead of time and done right. Yall got yourselves a good employee. He even dealt with a know it all realtor on the sellers side that kept trying to hassle us along. I definetly reccomend him to anyone that needs assistance especially to those that know little to nothing about mortgages and loan types. He was able to pass alot of knowledge to me to help make the best decision.
