  My husband and I have done our first time home buying and refinancing through Dave at Waterstone Mortgage! He has always done an amazing job and is by far our favorite mortgage guy!   My husband and I have had the best experience with Novus Home Mortgage, specifically with Dave Rorabeck. We've inquired through multiple agencies and have been treated like average homebuyers: generic communications, long response times, and all around impersonal experiences. From our first communication with Dave, even now through the end of the home buying process, Dave has been a marvelous asset to our journey!   Trace was an amazing loan officer to work with! He made the whole process very easy to understand and made us both (my husband and I) feel very comfortable with every step of the way. Couldn't have been a smoother process. Would obviously recommend!

  Novus Mortgage and Joe Duran are very easy to work with. I refinanced my mortgage with them in record time. Would definitely recommend Joe Duran to anyone who needs help with a mortgage or a refinance. Really good experience.

  Dave Rorabeck and his team love what they do every day! They clearly communicate and teach their clients during the entire home buying process. This is our third transaction with Dave and his team because they do not have that "high pressure car salesman" personality and we enjoy knowing they geniunely want to get families home!!
