  NOVA Home Loans is a great company to work with. We lost a family member who had a reverse mortgage on their home. NOVA Home Loans was able to help a family member secure a new loan to pay off the reverse mortgage and save the family home. NOVA made the process seamless and extremely easy from start to finish. Chris Callen answered all of our family's questions and concerns throughout the process. We would have lost the family home if it were not for NOVA Home Loans.

  Our experience working with Mike was simply amazing across the board! No matter what time or day I contacted him with questions, he responded immediately and made sure I was informed throughout the entire process.   My experience was great from beginning to end. My wife and I were first time home buyers with a lot of questions. Justin Oliver was always there to explain the process and eleveiate any concerns or stresses we may have had. Day or night he was always there to break everything down for us making every question we had feel important regardless of how minor it may have been.   Absolutely saved us. Our initial lender decided 5 days before close they wanted an extra $7,000. Traci and the Nova team took over and had us moving in to our home 9 days later. Nice will be the only lender I go to for a mortgage again!
