  It was a pleasure working with Jesse Ortiz. I originally had already an approved loan with another local lender but nothing was explained to me properly with that other lender. The same day I was about to close with the other lender I decided to visit Jesse Ortiz and have him explain to me some of the closing terms. He immediately agreed to meet with me and was so patient in explaining the foreign land of lending. Jesse helped me understand what all the numbers meant and how much it would truly cost me. I decided not to sign with the other lender because it was costing me a lot more. Jesse also explained that he would be able to offer me better terms, which he did! I would definitely refer him and Nova! Thank you

We recommend Todd and Nova highly. Btw McKenna whom he works with is also very awesome and dedicated to her job. She goes beyond the call of duty.

  I need a re-fi on the loan we have for my wife's mother's home in Pennsylvania, Jill Davis of PA was recommended by Nova's local office, I started with the agent in JANUARY, it's now APRIL, and WEEKS go by between communication, rates have gone up of course. What a terrible loan officer she is, and if the company operates this way because the have sooo much business right now, then shame on them. I've found another lender but the delay cost me a lot of money.
