No after hours customer service available. Both atms at the main branch are not working. Will AEA be paying my fees now that I'm being forced to use another institution's atm?

      Response from the owner

Ian, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Your opinion counts, and we do our absolute best to make things better. In regard to your concern on our Central Branch ATMs, we understand that when they are down it is inconvenient. We also have Co-Op ATMs available for members to use at no charge, which includes some near our Central Branch. You can search for the nearest Co-Op ATM through the AEA Mobile App and on our website, www.aeafcu.org. If you would like to discuss anything further, please contact us by phone at (928) 783-8881 or Chat Live with a representative at www.aeafcu.org.

I had the best experience working with Allison H. She answered every question and walked me through everything. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from her! Thank you!!

      Response from the owner

Went in and they were fast to open my account so I could take a lone. Was told I would qualify for said loan. As soon as the account was opened they told me I could not afford a motorcycle loan. Went and paid cash for said motorcycle the next day and went in to close the account because I couldn’t afford the loan so I figured they didn’t need my money. Was told I couldn’t close my account or withdraw my money. Never got a debit card. Never went back in.

Opened account, was told my card would arrive in 7-10 days. Never came. I called and 1st lady told me it was never ordered. She said I had to call another department though. Called that department and found out it was collections, weird. Both collections lady and I were confused, but she said she’ll transfer me back since she can’t help me. She never did. So I hung up and called back. 3rd lady said my card was reported stolen. I explained the previous situation and she just kept saying it’s stolen.closing today. Don’t open an account here.

      Response from the owner

Worst customer service. I’ve been a member for 14 years & sadly I’ve fallen victim to some fraud on my account. I emailed AEA soon as I noticed it & they had replied it had gotten resolved so I waited a week to see if I would get the funds transferred back to my account, which it didn’t. So I called & was transferred to the fraud department then back to the credit union & back again for 56 mins til I finally hung up. I will be pulling my money out & closing my account.

      Response from the owner

Hello Louis, thank you for your feedback. We understand that every situation is different and if you would like to discuss your concerns with us, please call (928) 783-8881.

I had a great experience at AEA. I made an appointment online to see a loan specialist. The approval process was quick and easy, got a great interest rate, and fast responsive service!!!

Absolute worst place to get any type of loan through. They never updated our address when we moved, or our car insurance when we got a new one, and they tried charging me 600 a month for a car I paid 400 for, sent all the letters to the non updated address and waited a year and a half to find a way to contact me. Had my car in back payment and everything, sent them the documentation of the insurance for them to take the back payments off only to find out THEY turned off my auto payment on my car (confirmed by their employee it was them) then told me I had to pay them cause it was my fault that THEY HAD to shut it off and refuse to take it off my credit even though it was their mistake and they admitted it was there mistake we were never at fault. So trade the car in, specifically to get rid of them and no longer deal with them, only to have them take my ar payment out AFTER my payoff was paid, and they refuse refund me my money unless I can provide them proof in person. I now live 3000 miles away, not going to happen. Screwing ya over even after you leave them. Do not ever use this bank!!!
